The below scenario shows a fault being with the Loop or Detector for the Pickup Window:
- The MENU Sensor Test counts up as cars go through the Drive-Thru
- The PICKUP Sensor Test DOES NOT count up as cars go through the Drive-Thru
This may be that the Pickup Window Loop Detector is Stuck ON or that there is a fault with the Loop or cable to the Loop.
- Reset the Loop Detector to see if the fault clears and the PICKUP Sensor Test starts counting cars as they go through the Drive-Thru:
If after resetting the Loop Detector cars are still not being counted on the PICKUP Sensor Test then check to see if the GREEN Detect Light comes on when a car is stationary at the PICKUP Window:
