Installing SICOM Agent System
The agent-install.exe can be downloaded from here:
https://agent.sicomasp.com/downloads/installers/agent-install.exe
1. Double-click the agent-install.exe setup file.*
* Depending on your security settings, Windows may ask your permission to run this program.
• If you receive the "Windows protected your PC" message, select the More info option to view additional details of the request. Verify the name of the App (agent-install.exe) and the Publisher (SICOM Systems, Inc.), and then click the Run anyway button to continue with the installation process.
• If you receive the "Windows Account Control" message, verify the name of the Program
(SICOM Agent Client Service) and the Publisher (SICOM Systems, Inc.), and then click Yes to continue with the installation process.
2. Agree to the licensing terms and conditions and then click Install.
3. Wait for the installation process to complete. This could take several minutes.
4. After the installation has completed, click the Finish button to exit the Setup Wizard.
5. When Installation Successfully Completed appears, click the Launch button at the bottom of the window.
6. When the SICOM Agent Welcome screen appears, contact EGS at [email protected] with your Agent Registration Code. This code is required to register your SICOM Agent System on the DMB Portal.
