Please see the below to resolve this issue,
Firstly, you will need a usb keyboard and plug this in to the usb slot on the chef screen itself, it will be located on the left hand side
Once plugged in, turn the chef off. Then turn it back on while immediately repeatedly pressing the delete button on the keyboard, the screen should then go to show as per the picture below
Using the down arrow go down to the option that says Setup Utility then press enter
You will then be taken to this screen. Again use the down arrow until the date is highlighted (it will highlight the 03 when you first get to it). Once highlighted, you will use the plus and minus buttons (located next to the numbers). Press this until the first section of the date says 03. Then press enter to move to the next part, again using the plus and minus change this to 06.
Once this is done press the f10 button to save and exit
This screen will then appear, yes should be highlighted. Press enter
The chef will then reboot itself. It will either come back up to the normal chef screen or it will show a screen that says your connection is not private. If this screen appears press advanced then on the next screen press proceed, this should then bring up the normal chef screen
